PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with storages, which is user-friendly, in durability, good in appearance, thick in the thickness of interior and exterior walls, and in matching with a module. SOLUTION: A building is constituted of a plurality of building units according to a module M, and an interior wall surface of the building is arranged at a location a size (a) further inside than a module reference line, followed by setting the thickness of a partition wall to 2a. Then, the center of the partition wall in the thickness direction is arranged on the module reference line, and a plurality of storages are arrange in a room side by side, while an external size in the lateral direction of the storage which is set to nM-2a (where n is an integer). An interval between the interior wall surface or the partition wall surface and the side surface of the storage is set to a range of 10 mm to (a). A joint portion between the building units is set so as to correspond to one module.
