PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protection cover for an eaves gutter capable of preventing the front side of fallen snow on a net cover covering the upper end opening of an eaves gutter or stuck thereto from deeply turning into the inside of the external face of the eaves gutter or getting hard like an icicle below the eaves gutter and hanging down. SOLUTION: The heating section 90 of an electric heater is held by a first fixing means 32 fixing the front side edge 22 of a net cover to the front side edge 12 of the eaves gutter so that fallen snow on a first fixing means 32 or a net cover 20 or stuck thereto is melted to water and the water is guided to flow in the inside of the eaves gutter 10 or to drop below the eaves.
