PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrofitted cut-off ring which can, be retrofitted to a separator, improve workability at the time of production thereof, thereby reducing production costs and enhancing storage efficiency, and is excellent in cutoff performance at the time of placing concrete, thereby positively preventing leakage of water. SOLUTION: This cut-off ring 1 is constituted of two half-annular bodies 2 and a cutoff member 3. The half-annular bodies 2 form a ring when combined together by means of a rigid synthetic resin. The cutoff member 3 is formed of rubber or a soft synthetic resin, and installed rigidly in the internal peripheral wall surface of the half-annular bodies 2 to tightly pinch a separator 27. The cut-off ring 1 is comprised of an openable connecting portion 12, which enables the cut-off ring to be retrofitted to the separator for placing concrete.
