RESIN COMPOSITION FOR SLIDING MEMBER AND SLIDING BEARING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for sliding members that always manifests excellent friction wear properties even in the case that it is used in a high-temperature atmosphere and a sliding counter part material is made of a soft metal and to provide a sliding bearing using the same. SOLUTION: The objective resin composition for sliding members is prepared by admixing 5-50 wt.% of a tetrafluoroethylene resin, 0.1-15 wt.% of a carbonate salt and 0.1-15 wt.% of a component selected from metallic copper powder, metallic zinc powder and copper oxide powder to a synthetic resin.
