PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to set the intensity of vibrations and the kind and tone of musical instruments arbitrarily easily through the eyesight. SOLUTION: This entertainment system 10 comprises an entertainment device 12 for executing various programs, a control device 16 for inputting requests of control by a user to the entertainment device 12, a monitor 18 for displaying an image outputted from the entertainment device 12, and a speaker 92 for outputting the sound outputted from the entertainment device 12. The entertainment system 10 has drive motors 130L and 130R mounted in the control device 16 for giving vibrations to a user at the request from outside, and also has a vibration/sound setting means 226 in the control device 16 for setting the length of a bar displayed on the monitor 18 according to the control input from the control device 16, setting the intensity of vibrations generated by the drive motors 130L and 130R according to the length of the bar and setting the kind and/or tone of the sound to be outputted to the speaker 92 according to the length of the bar.
