PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method for a solar battery device capable of preventing corrosion due to the intrusion of rainwater or the like. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of a solar battery panel 1 fixedly supporting the overlapped part of the ridge side solar battery panel and the ridge side solar battery panel by fixed members 12, 16 fixed to the substrate member, a rear face extension part 11 fitted to a fixed member to fix the solar battery panel and a recess 9 in which the elastic seal member 17 is contained are provided in the ridge side frame 4 of a frame forming the solar battery panel and further, the structure is provided with a ridge side extended part 14 connected to the ridge side upper extension member of the ridge side solar battery panel and a rear face extension part 15 fitted to the fixing member to fix the solar battery panel to prevent connection of the extension part and rainwater or the like from being brought up and inandated by the sealing member.
