<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanking die for fabrication of a strong female die 6 simply without using any reinforcing iron plate 63 wherein the operation to remove carbon as in conventional arrangement is no more needed. SOLUTION: The blanking die whose side cross-section is shown in the attached illustration, includes a female die 6 consisting of not only a plywood but also a stronger material such as plastic or iron plate which is cut and laminated. A female die surface plate 7 is formed from a material not producing carbon even if it is cut by carbon dioxide gas laser, for example plastic or iron plate, is cut by female die data. Apart therefrom, plywood is cut by data offset approximately one mm from the data of female die surface plate 7 so that a female die support member 62 is formed. The two members are laminated and adhered together so that the intended female die is completed.</p> |
