PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas temperature adjusting device and a powdery/granular material transport device produced at low cost and adjusting the gas temperature used for transporting powdery/granular materials to a desired temperature. SOLUTION: A heating wire 24 changing the temperature of passing gas is arranged in the outer circumferential face of an inner tube 221 allowing the gas to pass through. A heat insulating material 26 preventing the heating action of the heating wire 24 from affecting on the outside of the inner tube 21 is arranged in the outer circumferential face of the inner tube 21 with the heating wire 24 inserted therein. An outer tube 29 locking the inner tube 21, the heating wire 24, and the insulating material 26 in its inside is arranged in the outer circumferential face of the heat insulating material 26. When the gas passes through the inside the inner tube 21, the gas is heated by the heating action of the heating wire 24 generating the heat by energization control so as to set the gas to a desired temperature and the gas changed into the desired temperature is emitted from the inner tube 21. The gas changed its temperature is forcedly sent to a transport pipe 24 so as to transport the powdery granular materials.
