PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardboard cushioning material for packing which is hardly deformative against shocks applied from any direction. SOLUTION: An outer side board 2 is connected to the edge on one side of a base board 1, outer end boards 6 are connected respectively to edges on both sides of the outer side board 2, a side wall 25 is formed by folding up a top board 3, an inner side board 4 and a but-in board 5 which are extending successively from the outer side board 2, end walls 24 are formed respectively folding up each of top boards 7, each of inner end boards 8 and each of but-in boards 9 extending from each of the outer side boards 6, the top board 3 is bent to incline alternately in the opposite directions, a superposable board 10 extending respectively from both of the outer end boards 6 is laid on the base board 1, and the superposable board 10 is enfolded in an enfolding board 11 extending from the edge on the other side of the base board 1. Since the side wall 25 is connected to both of the end walls 24 and the top board 3 thereof is inclined alternately in the opposite directions, the side wall 25 and the end walls 24 are hardly fallen and deformative in shocks applied from any direction. Furthermore, since the superposable board 10 is enfolded in the enfolding board 11, the end walls 24 can be prevented from protruding.
