摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a cold-rolling process, to remarkably simplify an annealing process and to save a pickling process in a manufacturing process of a thin steel sheet for deep-drawing, etc. SOLUTION: A last rolling is executed inαsingle phase orα+γtwo phase zone to make the steel sheet having <=3.0 mm thickness, and this steel sheet is coiled and a recrystallize-annealing is executed with an electric-conducting heating in the coiled steel and if necessary, descaling is executed under water cooling condition. Further, the recrystallizing-annealing is executed with an induction-heating or the electric-conducting heating in a strip state and the descaling is executed under water cooling condition. Furthermore, the combination of the descaling utilizing Ar3 transformation in the hot-rolling and scale reduction in the coiled state or the strip state in the annealing process, or one of the descaling utilizing the transformation and the scale-reduction, is executed. In this way, the drastic process omission, the cost-reduction by simplifying the process, the energy saving, the shortening of manufacturing period and the unnecessariness of waste acid treatment, etc., are obtained.</p>
