PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for an optotherapeutic apparatus for treating a tenderness point-trigger point medical treatment, which can easily fix and hold an optotherapeutic apparatus emitting light for the therapy with the protrusion projecting from a case as the center, to the treatment point of the human body while pressing the protrusion to the treatment point. SOLUTION: A band shape body 11 made of an elastic material is bent and shape into an approximate U-shape or an approximateΩ-shape in such a manner that both end sections 12 and 13 of the band shape body 11 may approach or come into contact with each other. Then, an optical medical treatment apparatus 2 is inserted between one end section 12 and the surface of a human body, and the band shape body 11 is fitted in a manner to pinch the human body. Thus, by the elastic force of the band shape body 11, the protrusion 22a of the optical medical treatment apparatus 2 is pressed to the surface of the human body by a suitable force being approximate 1 N or higher. By constituting this holder in such a manner, the simultaneous applying of an optical stimulation and stimulation by the pressing to treatment points such as a tenderness point becomes possible. At the same time, the searching of the tenderness point is facilitated as well.
