PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a groove at the only necessary part without forming unnecessary grooves when connecting structural angles to each other or fitting a plate to a structural angle, and to secure the fixation of a nut inside of the groove, and to easily and securely fit the plate. SOLUTION: A structural angle 10 is formed with hollow parts 13 inside of sides thereof, and two notch grooves 14 are formed from the inner surface of the hollow part 13 toward the outer surface of the structural angle so that a groove 15 appears while peeling a part between the notch grooves 14 when necessary. A structural angle connecting nut 20 is formed by fitting a thin plate 22 as an elastic member to a back surface of a nut main body 21, and a panel fixture 30 is formed of two plate-like members 32, 32 erected at one side of a plate body 31 so that a space between the plate-like members 32, 32 is narrowed toward a tip and that a bolt 34 can be screwed to the space part between them.
