SOLUTION: This is a suspended damping method for a super-high-rise building where the flexural deformation accompanied with the expansion in the axial direction of the column becomes dominant against a wind load and a seismic load, and the super-high-rise building comprises a superstructure and a substructure, and the superstructure is supported by suspension with the vibration period turned into a longer period by means of the substructure.
