PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to easily get on or off a car which just leaves or enters a car space by reducing the height difference from a car placed on a pallet to a position where the driver gets on or off the car. SOLUTION: Three units of lift type parking equipment are arranged in a longitudinal direction in 3-file at this side A, center B and depth side C; the first floor portion has a front vacant lot 10 on the whole surface of the front side A; a lower portion of the main lift 3 of the center B is a car space 9 for entering and leaving; at the second floor portion, longitudinally pallet feeding devices 20 are respectively arranged at both the front side A and the depth side C sandwiching a lift way 2; at both the sides of the spaces for car entering and leaving, an auxiliary lift 13 lifting between the first floor and second floor are provided, after moving an auxiliary lift 13 located on the first floor or the space 9 for leaving or entering the pallet 5, a lift equipment 22 attached with a lift mechanism 27 is driven; and then a rail 12 for lateral feed in the car space 9 for entering or leaving, and the lateral feed rail 12 is raised to a height required when the driver enters or leaves the car 6 in the configuration.
