PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board blended with polyurethane waste having excellent balance of mechanical and physical properties, thereby achieving recycling of materials from polyurethane waste. SOLUTION: The building board is formed when a mixture containing refined urethane waste of 100 pts.wt., obtained through pulverization of polyurethane waste, and a thermosetting resin of 1 to 30 pts.wt. is molded and thermoset. The pulverized urethane waste is advantageously obtained from the process of recycling fluorocarbon from hard polyurethane foam, and may be blended with an inorganic filler.
