PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building offering a short construction period permitting a decrease in construction cost. SOLUTION: A building 3 using construction structural members 11a, 11b,..., each formed integrally with a long tabular portion 12 and a pair of rod edges 13 arranged at both ends of the tabular portion 12 in the longitudinal direction, for constructing part of wall portions 4a-4d contains the construction structural members H erected so that the rod edge 13 at one end is located at the corner of the building 13.
