SOLUTION: Washing water is supplied into a washing tank 1 by a water supply pipe 19, the supplied water is made to overflow from an upper opening 21, air and water is ejected simultaneously into the tank 1 by a jet nozzle 7, the rotating flow of the washing water is formed, high density substances generated during washing are collected by a strainer 17 fitted to the bottom part drain opening of the tank 1, intermediate density substances are collected by a collection net 5, and low density substances are made to overflow from the opening 21.
