PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusion-charging apparatus in which a raw material is dropped from a proper position onto a diffusing board, and the diffused raw material is charged effectively on a screen. SOLUTION: The diffusion-charging apparatus K has a conveyer part having a conveyer 1 for conveying a supplied raw material and a diffusion part having the diffusing board 2 which receives the raw material dropped from one end side of the conveyer part while being rotated, diffuses the material on the screen N, and charges it. The side on which the conveyer part is arranged and the side on which the diffusion part is arranged are connected integrally through a frame 11 and integrated. A partition 5 for dividing an introduction range which can supply the raw material to the conveyer 1 is installed in the conveyer part.
