PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric field discharge head which is capable of widening the tolerable range of a gap between a discharge hole and an object to be coated and also reducing the spread of the discharge hole to the bore when a stripelike coating pattern is formed in the object to be coated as well as an electric field discharge control device and an electric field discharge coating device. SOLUTION: The electric field discharge head comprises a guide-in part for guiding in a substance to be discharged, a discharge part with a plurality of discharge holes linearly arranged at a specified interval, a manifold which a temporarily stores the substance guided in from the guide-in part and guides it out to the discharge part as a passageway, an electrode (a voltage electrode) which is electrically insulated to the discharge part and is arranged inside the manifold and a shielding means for shutting at least the discharge part off the outside electric field. In addition, the electric field discharge control device and the electric field discharge coating device which are applicable to the electric field discharge head are provided.
