PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of sorting accuracy by changing over sorted matter from the taking-out to the outside to the circulation within a huller automatically if sorting action becomes unstable to dispense with changeover operation. SOLUTION: A storage tank storing mixed rice fed from a dehulling and winnowing part is suspended in a liftable manner and a release means P for releasing the engagement of an operation lever 1 during the engagement with an outside taking-out position X automatically in connection with the storage tank raised after the mixed rice in the storage tank is discharged is provided to return the operation lever to the circulating position Y within a huller. The release means P is constituted of a switch detecting the empty state of the storage tank and a control motor M releasing the engagement of the operation lever 1 during the engagement with the taking-out position X to the outside. A manual button 5 for turning the control motor M ON/OFF is provided and the shutter of an unhulled rice tank 8 is made openable and closable by the operation lever 1.
