PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage equipment formed so as to minimize an auxiliary work range and also maintain a strength thereof when a passenger conveyor is put on a stair. SOLUTION: This passenger conveyor comprises a plurality of steps 2A circulatingly moving ranging from one gate 2B to the other gate 2C, a frame body 2F supportedly guiding these steps 2A, lower and upper machine rooms 2D and 2E formed at a position where the steps 2A of the frame body 2F changes the direction thereof. The frame body 2F is put on a stairway 1. A step 2EEE is formed along the step nose 1AA of the stairway 1 is formed at the bottom part of the upper machine room terminal part of the frame body 2F.
