PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a won ton-producing device which can effectively charge granular oily ingredients in thin pastries for the won tons so that the ingredients do not adhere to the tip surface of an ingredient-charging piston as much as possible, when the ingredients are charged in the thin pastries. SOLUTION: This device for producing the won ton by pressing out a constant amount of an ingredient G supplied to hollow piston 10 from the bottom of a hopper for receiving the ingredient into a won ton thin pastry 20c by the use of the hollow piston 10 and an ingredient-charging piston 11 inserted into the hollow piston 10, receiving the extruded ingredient in the won ton thin pastry 20c, squeezing the won ton thin pastry 20c to wrap the received ingredient, and thus forming a pleat skin from a squeezed portion to an opening portion, characterized by arranging the hollow piston 10 and the ingredient- charging piston 11 inserted into the hollow piston 10 in a forward inclined posture having a prescribed angle based on the horizontal surface and reciprocating the ingredient-charging piston 11 in the forward inclined posture. |
