<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for treating waste gas for detoxifying the harmful environmental hormone such as halogenated aromatic compound such as dioxins contained in the waste gas discharged from various kinds incinerators, etc. SOLUTION: The device is comprised of a gas cooling device 102 for cooling the waste gas 11 discharged from various kinds incinerators 101 such as a city waste incinerator, an industrial waste incinerator and a sludge incinerator, a preceding stage side dust removing device 201 for removing soot and dust in the waste gas 11 and for executing desalting and desulfurizing treatment, a following stage bag filter 202 disposed at the down stream side of the preceding stage side dust removing device 201 the desulfurizing and desalting treatment is executed and also collecting the soot and dust in the waste gas 11 by neutralizing reaction by the introduction of a neutralizing agent and a stack 106 for discharging purified waste gas to the outside through an inducing blower 105, and a part of the waste gas 11 containing the soot and dust enter the following stage bag filter 202.</p> |
