PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular packaging container the fitting characteristic of whose main body and cover is superior, the cover of which is easily removed from the main body for opening, and the mounting/dismounting of the cover body to the main body is easy. SOLUTION: This relates to a tubular packaging container whose tube shape main body is laminated from outside with an ultraviolet curing resin layer, a picture printed layer and a paper board layer, and whose opening is formed with an inward curl where a peeling layer is formed at the inside face of the ultraviolet curing resin layer. On the opening, a cover provided with a flat panel and a side panel formed around the peripheral edge of the flat panel and with a protrusion on the whole periphery of the side panel is fitted. Then the top face of the inward curl of the main body and the peripheral edge of the inside face of the flat panel of the cover are adhered by an adhesive agent.
