PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinous cosmetic capable of eliminating an uncomfortable feeling on the skin caused by sweating, capable of rapidly drying after application, giving no stickiness, and giving a smooth feeling when used. SOLUTION: This gelatinous cosmetic contains (A) a powder having an average particle size of 0.1-100μm, (B) at least one kind of compound selected from an antiperspirant component and a germicide, and (C) a water-soluble polymer.
