PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen separating composite which does not internally contain cracks and pinholes, has excellent heat resistance and adhesion property and has high hydrogen permeability. SOLUTION: The hydrogen separating composite consists of a hydrogen permselective membrane (1) of which the thickness t1 ranges from 0.05 to 10μm and the thicknesses t2 in the portions thereof riding on the front ends of porous supporting bodies (2) are <=5μm.
