PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new macrolide, its method of production and a medicinal composition containing the same. SOLUTION: This macrolide is expressed by formula (1) [e.g. X is CH2NR7 or NR7CHR6; Z is a part expressed by the formula (b); R2 is OH; R3 is OC(O)R14; R4 is OH; and R6 is H] and their pharmaceutically permissible salts, their solvated compounds and their prodrugs.
