PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm device equipped with a non-reversing diaphragm preventing a diaphragm in operation from reversing, noise, reduction of discharge due to a capacity loss, having excellent durability to allow a long and stable use. SOLUTION: In this diaphragm device, fluid is sucked and discharged to a pressure chamber by the reciprocation of a diaphragm piston attached with a diaphragm, and a pressure adjusting chamber acting so as not to reverse the diaphragm while being practically partitioned by a negative pressure diaphragm is formed on the reverse side of the pressure chamber through the diaphragm.
