PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease heating of fuel inside a fuel reserve tank by reducing an overflowing amount of the fuel from a storing vessel. SOLUTION: A control valve 34 is arranged on a return passage 30 for returning fuel which is not consumed by an internal combustion engine 10 to a reserve tank 12, on its upstream side of a suction jet pump 38. A float 70 is arranged on the control valve, which is supported by the fuel in a storing vessel 14 within a range of a maximum charging level hmax inside the storing vessel 14. A valve member 58 of the control valve 58 can be moved by the float. When the charging level inside the storing vessel 14 is lower than the maximum charging level, the return passage 30 is connected to the suction jet pump 38 at a first position by means of the valve member 58. When the maximum charging level is attained, connection between the return passage 30 and the suction jet pump 38 is interrupted by means of the valve member 58 at a second position, and the return passage 30 is opened to the vessel 14.
