PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind for clearstory installed on the clearstory of a toilet, having both ventilating and light shielding capabilities, allowing to be purchased and carried from a dealer, and allowing to be installed easily by a home wife. SOLUTION: The main body of a blind for the clearstory is formed by disposing a number of fins forming a blind on the inside of a rectangular frame formed of metal materials of recessed section. The lower part of the main body is fixed, through bearings and a shaft bar, to an upper support member fixed to the indoor side flat part of a window wood frame or a window metal frame, and the upper part thereof is fixed trough an adjuster mechanism. Thus, the blind is free to rotate in the state of being installed vertically.
