PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting strong in strength to load from the outside and wall structure utilizing the attaching structure. SOLUTION: The metal fitting of the external facing material and the wall structure are constituted of a first base part 20 contacted and fixed on a wall substrate 65, an erection part 30 erected from the one-sided edge part of the first base part 20, a second base part 40 extending from the edge part of the erection part 30 and contacted on the lower face of the external facing materials 60, 63, locking claws 41, 42 projected on one side of the second base part 40 locked and supported on the butt end of the external facing materials 60, 63, a cross sectional substantially U-shaped leg part 50 formed on the one-sided edge part of the second base part 40, and a first lateral piece 51 formed to fold the edge part of the leg part 50 and contacted on the inner face of the external facing material 60.
