PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load in an agricultural chemical spraying work in the field. SOLUTION: In a spraying device 1 to spray a chemical 3 over the ground in a mobile mode, a discharge outlet forming part 4 which is communicated with a filling part with the chemical 3 filled therein and forms a discharge outlet 5 by detaching an end side is formed on a sealing part 2b on at least one end of a packaging bag filled with the chemical 3, and the spraying device 1 comprises the packaging bag 2 in which the width of the discharge outlet forming part 4 is set to the width capable of discharging the chemical 3 of an appropriate quantity through the natural flow-down, and a spraying appliance 7 which is provided with a body 8 having a moving means 10 on a lower end at the movably operable height in an erected position, and a fitting means 13 to fit the packaging bag 2 to the body 8 in a suspended condition with the discharge outlet 5 downside.
