PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage controller capable of realizing low price and not necessitating use of a card causing a management problem without causing the reduction of security. SOLUTION: This passage controller 10 comprises a first judging means 24 for judging a possibility of passage or not and a second judging means 25 for judging a possibility of passage with lower precision than that for the first judging means or not. The first judging means 24 is provided with a pass word display mechanisms 28 outputting a pass word based on the agreement of check results of biometrics information corresponding to discrimination codes registered in advance and the acquired biometrics information to judge whether check results of both biometrics information agree or not. The second judging means 25 is provided with input operation mechanisms 29, 30 for inputting the pass word and discrimination codes to judge whether results of the check of the pass word inputted by the input operation mechanism and the pass word outputted to the first judging means 24 and the check of the discrimination codes inputted by the input operation mechanisms 29, 30 and the discrimination codes registered in advance agree or not. |
