PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet preparation, such as a sheet for treating periodontal diseases, which uniformly has the content of a medicine per unit area of the dried film and has excellent effectiveness and excellent safety, by equalizing the thickness of the dried film. SOLUTION: This dried film having a uniform thickness is produced by casting on a vat a solution comprising a medicine, a solvent and hydroxypropylcellulose whose 2 wt.% aqueous solution exhibits a viscosity of 1,000 to 4,000 Pa.s at 20 deg.C, and then evaporating the solvent contained in the cast solution at an evaporation rate of 10 to 70 mg/cm2.h by a vacuum drying method.
