PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a readily producible antimicrobial material capable of causing an antimicrobial action even at a place out of the sun. SOLUTION: A first coating part 2a containing anatase titanium oxide 21 is formed on a substrate 1 by coating, magnetite powder 22 and tourmaline powder 23 are applied to the first coating part 2a to form a charge supply part 2b. Further the charge supply part 2b is coated with a second coating part 2c having the same quality as that of the first coating part 2a.
