PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a resin molding, with the capability of controlling the temperature of a molten resin efficiently and uniformly. SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing a resin molding comprises an extruder, a die, a heat exchanger which connects the extruder to the die, a heating medium supply means for supplying a heating medium to the heat exchanger and a control means for controlling the temperature of the heating medium to be supplied to the heat exchanger. In addition, when the temperature of the heating medium prior to heat exchange is given as T1, and the temperature of a molten resin after heat exchange is given as T2, T1 is controlled so that T1 and T2 satisfy the formula: T2-10<=T1<T2.
