PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp mechanism capable of clamping a workpiece by inserting a clamp claw into a hole in the workpiece even when a space before the hole is narrow, and preventing rattling of the workpiece in clamping it. SOLUTION: While connecting an adjusting plate 5 to a tip of a cylinder rod 2r, a pair of clamp claws 7, 8 are pivotally attached to a support member 3 fixed to a cylinder 2s by a support shaft 6, and a cam pin 10 of the adjusting plate 5 is inserted into cam grooves 7c, 8c in the clamp claws 7, 8. An angle is set for a tip insertion direction of the clamp claw 7, 8 and an actuation direction of the cylinder 2s to a hole H in a workpiece W, and the clamp claws 7, 8 are set to oscillate in the opposite directions to each other by actuation of the cylinder 2s.
