PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation by placing two pairs of tools to a tool mounting table, selecting respective tools through operation of a cam plate and advancing/ retreating in a drawing apparatus, drawing is conducted by the conventional method so that by advancing/retreating a drawing roller mounted to a tool mounting table a cutting tool is mounted to an another tool mounting, the tool mounting table is advanced/retreated for cutting a section not required, but this conventional method has the problem of a complex construction and requires an additional man power in operation. SOLUTION: In a drawing apparatus 1 in which a tool mounting table 3 to support a working tool slidable in a radial directing is arranged to a spindle 2 tip, a cam plate 5 to move the tool in the radial direction is arranged to a cam shaft 4 tip coaxially fitted into the spindle 2, the cam shaft 4 is actuated in linking to rotation of the spindle 2, the working tools are arranged with two sets, a reversely moving mechanism is arranged to one of the working tools.
