PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove the bubbles contained in a fluid. SOLUTION: A cylindrical inlet space 2, an inverted conical space 3 and a small cylindrical outlet space 4 are formed in a main body 1. An inlet 5 opened to the inlet space 2 and an outlet 6 opened to the outlet space 4 are formed tangentially to the spaces 2 and 4. A bubble discharge port 8 is disposed above the inlet space 2. A valve chest 9 is formed between the discharge port 8 and the inlet space 2, and a cylinder 13 having a communicating hole 12 is disposed in the valve chest 9. A cap-shaped float 17 having a plate 19 is put on the cylinder 13. The float 17 is raised by the internal pressure when the bubbles are accumulated to some extent to open the hole 12, and the bubbles alone are discharged from the discharge port 8.
