PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the local pen of potential therapeutic equipment capable of always obtaining a sense of irritation while using. SOLUTION: Conductive parts 8 and insulating parts 7 are alternately disposed on the front surface of the side of a roller 5. Thus, when the roller 5 contacted with a skin is move and rotated, the roller 5 is intermittently contacted with the skin, and a sense of a stimulus due to comfortable conducting is obtained each time the part 8 is contacted with the skin. Then, the part 8 and the part 7 have no vertical difference, and the continuous same surface is formed at the side of the roller 5. Therefore, a sense when the roller is contacted with the skin is smooth and comfortable.
