PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life and high-precision double-row bearing preventing a pre-load from being abruptly decreased by temperature rise of the bearing, having high assembling precision and rotational precision, preventing the pre- load from being abruptly changed when an axial load occurs. SOLUTION: One inner ring 4 is provided on a shaft section 1 slidably in the axial direction, and a pre-load collar 13 is fixed to the shaft section 1 at a position on the end face side where the pre-load is applied. The end face of the inner ring 4 is elastically excited in the pre-load direction between the inner ring 4 and the pre-load collar 13, and the prescribed pre-load is elastically applied to this double-row bearing.
