PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel DNA for enhancing sensitivity of tumor cells to cancer chemotherapeutics. SOLUTION: This novel DNA is expressed by the following (a) or (b); (a) the DNA consisting of a nucleotide sequence expressed by the sequence number 1 in the specification or (b) a DNA capable of hybridizing to the DNA consisting of the nucleotide sequence expressed by the sequence number 1 under a stringent condition and having activities to enhance effects of cancer chemotherapeutics to cells.
