PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant promoter capable of being used for plant breeding techniques by introducing a gene. SOLUTION: This plant promoter contains a DNA expressed by the following (a) or (b); (a) a DNA consisting of a base sequence having base numbers from 1743 to 2301 out of the base sequence expressed by the sequence number 1, (b) a DNA capable of hybridizing to the DNA described in (a) under a stringent condition and having promoter function in plant cells. |
