PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate spoilage when a plurality of printing units for passing a continuous sheet are switched to change a printing image and printed while feeding the sheet as it is for the sheet passed through a detoured sheet passing route to a folding unit via another printing unit from one printing unit. SOLUTION: A controller of a printing unit having a detoured sheet passing route outputs a phase correction value to correct a drive reference speed signal according to a signal regarding a drive reference phase and a deviation of a correcting phase and a feedback speed signal.
