PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header-type water-supply/hot water-supply piping for a multi-family housing that can stably and independently supply water and hot water for each household. SOLUTION: In a multi-family housing where facilities related to water are provided for each household, a main water-supply pipe 2 and a main hot water supply pipe 20 being separately guided to each household are branched to a plurality of branch pipes 4, 22,... via headers 3 and 21 being installed for each household, and the branch pipes 4, 23,... are connected to the corresponding facilities related to water.
