PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely eliminate and clean deposits at the bottom of a water storage tank, contamination of a wall surface, or the like without suspending water supply by draining water in the cleaning of the inside of the water storage tank such as waterworks facilities. SOLUTION: A disinfecting bathtub filled with a disinfectant for sanitary control is provided, and a cleaning worker wears a waterproof suit for underwater operation for covering the whole body and at the same time is soaked in the disinfecting bathtub for disinfecting, thus enabling the cleaning worker to gounder water in a water storage tank 10. Also, by using a self-suction-type pump 15 and a suction hole 16 being disinfected while being connected to the self-suction-type pump and soaked into the disinfecting bathtub, the cleaning worker can suck, eliminate, and clean deposits at the bottom of the storage tank, contamination of a wall surface, or the like in water along with water.
