PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water level-measuring device of a water tank for accurately measuring the level of water with a simple device. SOLUTION: Lead wires 9 and 10 with plus and minus electrodes 11 and 12 are provided at a body 13 with a power supply 15 and transmission parts 17 and 18, one of the electrodes 11 and 12 is mounted to the tip of a scale 14, the electrodes 11 and 12 are inserted into a water reception tank 1, and the level of water at the time when both the electrodes 11 and 12 come into contact with each other is read through a scale 14 via water at this time.
