PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earthquake resisting performance and arrange members for a three-storied dwelling house for absorbing earthquake energy and minimiz ing damage to a body structure. SOLUTION: A frame body 25 consisting of vertical frames 22a, 22b and lateral frames 23a, 23b is formed for a three-storied dwelling housie 1 and a plurality of braces 32, 33, 34, 35 are arranged in a space encircled by the frame body 25 and bearing walls 3b formed with braces 32, 33, 34, 35 connected to one another via low-yielding-point steels 10a are arranged therein.
