PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always secure a constant pressure at the discharge outlet for the coating material by securing the coating material surface inside a hopper almost constantly all the time. SOLUTION: A coating material, a hopper having a supply hole for the coating material in the upper portion and an outlet for the coating material at a lower portion, a coating material discharge shutter for opening the discharge outlet provided in the hopper, a pair of rotating bodies arranged at the front and rear jetting the coating material to the ground surface while rotating in the inner side direction toward the lower direction, at least a coating material delivery outlet jointed to the coating material supply hole of the hopper are provided, a coating material storage case provided with a coating materiel delivery means at the coating material delivery outlet case is equipped at the coating material storage case, and a predetermined amount of coating material is always sent out and supplied to the hopper through the coating material delivery outlet by the coating material send-out means in configuration.
