PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ropeway equipment that experiences less rolling by a crosswind on a ropeway, and no interference with stays even on pitching in the direction of travel resulting from sudden braking. SOLUTION: This equipment 1 is so constructed that a suspension 6 from the middle of which a passenger car 9 is suspended supports travel parts 2 that have a plurality of journalled travel wheels 3 and extend sideways above the passenger car 9 as viewed from the front at an interval D longer than the width W of the passenger car 9, so that they are parallel and can pitch in the travel direction of the equipment 1. The suspension 6 has an upward projecting prolonge arm 7, and a prolonge 11 is linked to the equipment 1 so as to run through the middle thereof and slightly above stays 10.
